At Engidox Industrial Sensors, we aim to get your sensors to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following information before placing your order.

Delivery Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). If you require delivery outside of the UK, please contact us at info@engidox.com before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Despatch Timescales

Our products are sourced to order from our manufacturing partner. We do not hold a general warehouse stock; instead, each order is processed individually to ensure you receive a freshly produced, quality-checked instrument.

Important: Because our products are sourced to order, lead times are longer than standard e-commerce. Please plan accordingly, particularly for maintenance shutdowns or project deadlines. If you need a delivery by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to confirm feasibility.

Typical lead times from the date your order is confirmed and payment received:

  • Standard products (listed on website): 10 – 20 business days
  • Custom configurations (non-standard ranges, connections, or materials): 20 – 30 business days. We will confirm the estimated timescale when you enquire.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been despatched, including your tracking number.

Shipping Method

All UK orders are shipped via a tracked, next-day courier service (DHL or DPD). Once despatched from our premises, you can expect delivery the following business day. You will receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor progress.

We take care to package all instruments appropriately for transit — sensors are individually boxed and padded to prevent damage during handling.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and order weight. The costs shown below are indicative for standard UK mainland orders:

Receiving Your Delivery

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we may charge a re-delivery fee to cover the cost of re-shipping.

We recommend inspecting the outer packaging before signing. If the packaging is visibly damaged, please note this with the courier at the time of delivery and contact us at info@engidox.com within 48 hours with photographs. This helps us raise any claims with the carrier quickly.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please do not attempt to install or use a damaged instrument before contacting us.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is despatched, you will receive an automated email with your carrier tracking number and a link to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website. If you have not received a despatch email within the expected lead time, please contact us and we will investigate with our supply chain partner.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return a product, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy on the website, or contact us at info@engidox.com before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
